Blackstone Affiliates Plan Sale of 25% Stake in Knowledge Realty Trust

09:53 AM EDT, 08/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Blackstone (BX) affiliates are looking to sell an approximately 25% stake in India-based Knowledge Realty Trust, according to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange. The stake proposed for sale represents 1.11 billion units. The four affiliates will initially offer 740 million units, or 16.69% of the trust's unit capital, with an option to sell an additional 370 million units. The floor price has been set at 108 Indian rupees ($1.13) per unit. The offer will open Monday for non-retail investors and Tuesday for retail investors and for non-retail investors who choose to carry forward their unallotted bids.
