Pasqal to Debut on Nasdaq After Merger With Bleichroeder

05:51 PM EDT, 08/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Pasqal Holding (PSQL) shares are expected to debut on the Nasdaq Stock Market on Friday under the symbol PSQL after the company completed its business combination with Bleichroeder Acquisition Corp. II. Bleichroeder's securities will cease trading, the companies said Thursday in a statement. Pasqal has about $360 million to accelerate global deployment of its quantum computing platform, the statement said.
