Nvidia (NVDA): Shares of the world's most valuable company jumped nearly 9% after it said it expected 70% revenue growth in its 2028 fiscal year. The stock had its largest percent increase in over a year.

Micron (MU): The chip company benefitted early from Nvidia's latest earnings report and later from a President Trump endorsement for its new research-lab investment. But shares were still lower.

CrowdStrike (CRWD): Growing cybersecurity demand from artificial-intelligence adoption propelled the company to what it described as its best quarter on record. Shares soared 21%.

Salesforce (CRM): The enterprise-software maker reported rising demand for its AI and data offerings, prompting it to bump up its full-year sales and profit forecasts. Shares were up 23%, their second-largest percent gain on record.

Okta (OKTA): The company was another beneficiary of demand for AI agents in its latest quarter. Its shares rocketed by 29% after it raised its outlook.

HP (HPQ): The company grew its revenue but sold fewer PCs; shares fell 2.9%.

Wendy's (WEN): Shares in the burger chain dropped 14% after Reuters reported that Nelson Peltz's Trian Fund Management doesn't plan to make a take-private bid for the company.

Pernod Ricard (FR:RI): The French distiller of labels like Jameson whiskey and Absolut vodka said fading interest in boozing in the U.S. will continue to weigh on sales. Shares fell 4.6%.
