GE Vernova Appoints Claire McDonough as CFO; Ken Parks to Retire in 2027

05:33 PM EDT, 08/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- GE Vernova (GEV) appointed Claire McDonough as chief financial officer, succeeding Ken Parks, who is retiring, the company said Thursday. McDonough will join the company in November before moving to the CFO position on Jan. 1. She currently serves as CFO of Rivian Automotive (RIVN). Parks will continue as CFO through 2026, including Q3 and Q4 earnings calls and the release of the 2026 10-K. He will become a strategic adviser Q1 2027 and plans to retire in April. In a separate statement, Rivian said McDonough will step down effective Oct. 30.
