Chevron and other US energy companies plan to sign multi-billion dollar oil field contracts with Venezuela

The Venezuelan government states that its oil development projects with the United States will generate more than 209 billion dollars in tax revenue, and the U.S.-Venezuela oil agreement covers 17 strategic oil fields.

U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA): U.S. oil production in August is expected to average 13.83 million barrels per day, a slight increase from 13.82 million barrels per day in July; the September average is expected to be 13.77 million barrels per day.
