- Deal implies gross proceeds of about USD 1.8 million, representing a 24% premium to the Aug. 26 close.
- Largest shareholder Christina Byland bought 4,700,000 shares; board member Dr. Nikolaus Senn bought 2,500,000 shares.
- Issuance expected to close on or about Aug. 27.
