Visa Expands Cybersecurity Portfolio With AI-Powered Vulnerability Framework

08:29 AM EDT, 08/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Visa (V) said Thursday it is expanding its cybersecurity portfolio with enhancements to its Visa Vulnerability Agentic Harness, an open-source, model-agnostic framework designed to help organizations identify, remediate and validate vulnerabilities. The latest version adds closed-loop remediation, support for Anthropic and OpenAI models, and real-time visibility into security workflows. Visa said some vulnerability resolutions have been shortened from weeks to hours. Visa said it also expanded its Visa Consulting & Analytics Cybersecurity Advisory Practice with services to help clients assess cyber risk, prioritize remediation and strengthen resilience.
