Nabors Industries Closes $35 Million Investment in Quaise Energy

The investment was made under Quaise's Series B financing round and was funded through the issuance of about 392,000 common Nabors shares, Nabors said. The transaction is part of Nabors' strategy to deploy its capabilities to adjacent energy markets, the company added. Nabors' investment sets a strategic framework that includes an exclusivity deal to provide drilling services to support Quaise's geothermal projects, according to the statement.
