Argo Graphene Amends C$1 Million Private Placement

02:29 PM EDT, 08/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Argo Graphene Solutions (ARGO.CN) amended the terms of its non-brokered private placement to now issue up to 1.3-million units at C$0.80 apiece, for up to C$1 million, it said in a statement late Tuesday. The company's offering was previously announced at C$1.00 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder to buy an additional share at an exercise price for C$1.00 for a one-year period from the issued date. The amended offering will have an over-allotment option for up to an additional 250,000 units at C$0.80 apiece for additional proceeds of up to C$200,000. Proceeds will be used to advance its STREAM commercialization strategy, and for general corporate and working capital needs, it said.
