Apollo Global Management Affiliates Extend $277 Million Loan to JIOS

09:10 AM EDT, 08/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Apollo Global Management (APO) affiliates provided a $277 million loan to JIOS, backed by Jadian Capital, for a 37-property portfolio spanning 23 markets, Jadian said Wednesday. The portfolio comprises infill sites near logistics hubs and population centers, serving tenants across equipment rental, building materials, logistics and home services. Jadian said JIOS has secured more than $800 million of debt in 2026 to expand its national portfolio, which now includes more than 225 assets valued at about $2.2 billion across more than 30 markets.
