- Shareholders adopted the related-party agreements report, approved the 2025 parent accounts showing a net loss of EUR 2.51 million.
- The meeting also endorsed the 2025 consolidated accounts with a net loss of EUR 2.79 million, approved EUR 28,386 in non-deductible expenses.
- Investors backed a share buyback authority capped at 10% of share capital, with a maximum purchase price of EUR 5 per share.
- Shareholders granted several capital increase delegations, set an overall nominal cap of EUR 5 million, authorized free share grants up to 15% of capital.
