HomesToLife Registers to Offer Shares Ahead of Singapore Listing

05:02 PM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- HomesToLife Ltd (HTLM) has registered to offer ordinary shares directly to investors in connection with its planned secondary listing on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange, according to a Form F-1 filed Tuesday. The offering has no minimum amount required as a condition of closing, the filing said. HomesToLife said it plans to allocate 80% of net proceeds toward business expansion and 20% toward general working capital. The filing estimates gross proceeds of up to $20 million for fee-calculation purposes.
