Comcast Expands Xfinity, Business Internet in Columbia County

11:08 AM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Comcast's (CMCSA) Xfinity and Comcast Business high-speed internet services are now available to more than 3,300 homes and businesses in Columbia County, Florida, the company said Tuesday. The expansion, completed through a public-private partnership with the state, covers locations in and around Ellisville, Fort White, Mikesville, Springville, Suwannee Valley and Winfield, Comcast said. Comcast is also building out its fiber network to more than 2,000 additional locations in the county, with completion expected by the end of 2026, the company said.
