OCAL Financial's Shares Begin Trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange

10:17 AM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- OCAL Financial's (OCAL.V) shares are now listed and trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the trading symbol JC3, it said Tuesday. The company's shares continue to trade under the symbol OCAL on the TSX Venture Exchange, which will remain its primary listing, it added. "Everything we are doing in the market comes back to one idea: make OCAL easy to discover and easy to own," said Matthew Friesen, chairman of OCAL. "Frankfurt is a meaningful step in that direction, and it costs our shareholders nothing in dilution." The company's shares were last seen unchanged at C$0.11 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
