Dick's Sporting Goods Stock Slumps, Dragging Nike -- WSJ

Dick's Sporting Goods lowered parts of its outlook, citing industry-wide challenges that weighed particularly heavily on its Foot Locker business.
It said it increased promotions to compete with rivals, who are lowering prices to cope with weaker demand.
The stock dropped about a quarter of its value, its biggest percentage fall on record accoring to Dow Jones Market Data. Shares in Nike, Lululemon and others also fell.
