Cisco Expands Secure AI Infrastructure With Supermicro Partnership

08:44 AM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Cisco Systems (CSCO) said Tuesday it is expanding its Secure AI Factory with NVIDIA (NVDA) through a partnership with Supermicro, adding high-density liquid- and air-cooled compute systems to its AI infrastructure portfolio. The partnership will provide rack-scale and dense GPU systems for enterprises, neoclouds and sovereign cloud customers, it said. Cisco said the expanded offering will support AI workloads including trillion-parameter training and high-throughput inference using NVIDIA Vera Rubin NVL72 and HGX Rubin NVL8 platforms. The companies will also offer liquid-cooled networking and server solutions designed to simplify deployment and management of high-density AI clusters, it said. Cisco said it will begin offering Supermicro compute solutions through the Secure AI Factory in October 2026.
