McKesson to Acquire Precision Medicine Group for About $2.25 Billion

08:35 AM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- McKesson (MCK) said Tuesday it has agreed to acquire Precision Medicine Group for around $2.25 billion to enhance its clinical research and commercialization services. Upon completion of the deal, Precision Medicine Group will report within McKesson's Oncology and Multispecialty segment, the company said. The deal is subject to customary closing and regulatory conditions and clearances, McKesson said.
