Döhle Group takes 9.98% stake in Berenberg private bank

- The von Berenberg family bought Riehmer’s remaining stake of just under 1%, leaving him with no equity interest.
- Purchase price was not disclosed.
- Transaction described as a financial investment with no access to the bank’s client business.
- Post-deal ownership led by the von Berenberg family at 31.86%, followed by PetRie and Hans-Walter Peters at 21.41%.
