- Basic EPS fell to CAD 0.235 from the prior-year quarter’s CAD 0.263; distributions were CAD 0.234 per share.
- Revenue dropped 13.8% to CAD 13.56 million, on a smaller average investment portfolio and lower average yields.
- Investment portfolio edged down 0.8% from Dec. 31, 2025 to CAD 605.8 million; average face rate slipped 37 basis points to 9.13%.
- Board declared monthly cash dividends of CAD 0.078 per share, payable Nov. 16 and Dec. 15, 2026.
