- Revenue fell 54.73% to USD 4.73 million, due to sales of four Georgia facilities in January and May 2026.
- Operating loss widened to USD 2.1 million; property taxes, insurance and other operating costs dropped 49% to USD 4.13 million.
- Gain on sale of assets totaled USD 10.15 million; other income rose to USD 758,230 on state credits from Georgia and Oklahoma.
- Cash was USD 7.7 million; debt declined to USD 17 million from USD 31 million at Dec. 31, 2025.
