Datacentrex files amended 8-K disclosing plans to deploy 500+ prepaid ElphaPex DG2 miners
Reuters2026/08/24 13:56- Datacentrex filed an amended current report on Form 8-K/A that included a revised Exhibit 99.1 press release outlining a fully prepaid expansion of its Scrypt mining fleet.
- The update said the company secured US colocation capacity to deploy more than 500 additional ElphaPex DG2 miners expected to be energized within 30 days.
- The deployment is projected to add about 9 TH/s, lifting deployed hashrate to about 52 TH/s from 43.2 TH/s, an increase of about 21%.
- The filing stated the miners were paid in full in 2025, with no incremental hardware capital required.
