Alkane Resources appoints Jennifer Purdie, Gabrielle Upton as independent non-executive directors

- Purdie also held senior roles at Jemena, Adani Renewables Australia, Rio Tinto; joins the audit and risk committee, technical committee.
- The board also added former NSW Attorney General Gabrielle Upton, previously with Deutsche Bank in New York, Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer.
- Upton will join the nomination and governance committee, remuneration committee.
