DEAG plans EUR 10 million private placement with Apeiron Investment Group
Reuters2026/08/20 18:35- DEAG set a EUR 10 million cash capital increase via a private placement that excludes shareholder pre-emption rights.
- Apeiron agreed to subscribe for the full deal, subject to closing conditions, lifting its stake from about 48.4% to above 50%.
- The proceeds are earmarked to fund further organic growth, acquisitions, or both.
- Crossing 50% would trigger a change of control under the 7.75% DEAG bond 2025/2029.
- Bondholder consent to waive change-of-control rights is a condition; DEAG plans a one-off fee if approved.
