AgeDB adopts shares-for-salary plan for senior management, employees
Reuters2026/08/19 21:18- AgeDB Technology set a shares-for-services plan effective Aug. 1, 2026, converting part of senior management salaries into common shares monthly.
- Monthly accruals total CAD 4,000, including CAD 2,000 for Jung Soo Kim, CAD 1,000 for Yeong Seung, CAD 1,000 for Gyuyeob Lee.
- Conversions will price at the Maximum Discounted Market Price, subject to a maximum 25% discount.
- AgeDB retains the option to settle accrued amounts in cash instead of shares.
