Korn Ferry signs amended credit agreement with USD 600 million term loan, USD 850 million revolver

- The deal adds a USD 600 million senior secured term loan, keeps the USD 850 million senior secured revolving credit facility.
- Both facilities mature five years from the effective date.
- Borrowings price at Term SOFR plus 1.125%-2% or base rate plus 0.125%-1%, tied to consolidated net leverage.
- It drew the full term loan to fund a redemption, support the pending AMS acquisition, pay related fees and expenses.
