- Black will lead the global aerospace business, reporting to Pete Denk, president and COO of Eaton’s Industrial Sector.
- He most recently served as president, Defense at GKN Aerospace.
- Earlier roles include CEO of Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions.
- Black previously held senior leadership posts at DRS Technologies, including vice president and general manager for Electro Optical and Infrared Systems.
