Romerike Sparebank converts NOK 557.96 million capital into 5,105,764 new equity certificates
Reuters2026/08/17 06:47- Romerike Sparebank moved to convert NOK 557.96 million of primary capital certificates into equity capital via 5,105,764 new equity certificates.
- The new equity certificates are set to be transferred to the newly established Sparebankstiftelsen Romerike Sparebank once registrations are completed.
- Registration in the corporate register, foundation register is expected around Aug. 19, 2026.
