Orizon publishes pro forma financials after Vital Engenharia Ambiental merger

- Net revenue reached R$ 981.7 million, up 17.3% YoY, driven by consolidation of the acquired platform and higher landfill volumes.
- Adjusted EBITDA totaled R$ 281.7 million, down 0.4% YoY, reflecting biogas-to-biomethane transition costs and incentive payments.
- Adjusted net profit was R$ 103.1 million, down 2.2% YoY, weighed by lower thermoelectric contribution during biomethane ramp-up.
- Net debt closed at R$ 2.24 billion, implying 1.8x net leverage, supported by stronger cash generation from the enlarged group.
