- Enterprise value for the 51% interest is BRL 45.4 million, payable in cash at closing.
- The site is licensed and operating, handling about 13,000-14,000 tons of municipal waste per month.
- Annual EBITDA is estimated at BRL 16 million-BRL 18 million for the asset on a 100% basis.
- Closing is conditional on CADE clearance and other customary conditions.
