- Waran dapat dieksekusi pada CAD 0,05 per saham, berlaku 5 tahun sejak penerbitan.
- Dana dipakai untuk modal kerja, kebutuhan korporasi umum, pendanaan program eksplorasi di properti eksplorasi.
- Penutupan dapat dilakukan bertahap, tanpa batas minimum; transaksi menunggu persetujuan TSX Venture Exchange.
