- Ambang persetujuan diubah menjadi cukup ditandatangani pemegang saham yang mewakili mayoritas hak suara, bukan lagi harus bulat.
- Perubahan diajukan melalui adopsi memorandum dan anggaran dasar yang telah diamendemen dan dinyatakan kembali.
- Amandemen akan berlaku segera jika disahkan pada rapat umum luar biasa 21 Agustus 2026.
- Amandemen juga dirancang untuk mencerminkan konsolidasi saham 40 banding 1.
