- Votes are slated on formal discharge of the executive board and supervisory board, auditor appointments for 2026/27, and the remuneration report.
- Other items include a supervisory board election, supervisory board pay, and creation of authorized capital with possible in-kind issuance and subscription-rights exclusion.
- No dividend allocation vote is scheduled due to the absence of distributable balance-sheet profit.
