- Gross margin widened 3.3 percentage points to 47.1%, mainly on a stronger shekel versus the dollar and improved terms of trade.
- Adjusted EBITDA climbed 37.1% to ILS 77.5 million, lifting the adjusted EBITDA margin 3.6 percentage points to 20.4%.
- Comparable store sales increased 7%, driven by higher traffic and a larger average basket on a richer product mix.
- The board declared a one-time dividend of ILS 50 million, or ILS 0.36 per share, payable Sept. 9 to holders of record Aug. 18.
