- Portfolio fair value rose to $56.5 million across 21 companies; 79% in debt; weighted average debt yield was 8.98% versus 11.3% at 2025 year-end.
- New investments totaled $6.9 million; Applied Image exit repaid $1.7 million and generated a $959,000 gain; BMP Swanson shutdown drove a $2.5 million fair-value drop.
