- Each unit includes 1 common share, 1 warrant exercisable at C$ 0.32 until May 20, 2031.
- Proceeds earmarked for GLP toxicology work supporting clinical development of Rutherrin intravenous cancer program, Ruvidar topical cold sore program, working capital.
- Research Capital to act as sole agent; offering size can increase by up to 15% via an over-allotment option.
- Closing targeted for Aug. 24, 2026, subject to TSXV approval.
