- Adjusted EBITDA loss widened to USD 6.7 million from a USD 2.3 million loss a year earlier.
- Monthly active users fell 6.7% from Q1 to 1,400,000, while total swap volume slipped 8.3% to USD 1.1 billion.
- Results included contributions from Monavate and Baanx from May 1, 2026; CEO JP Richardson called the deal the company’s most strategic acquisition.
