- Revenue rose 40.6% to USD 52.69 million; average daily production increased about 6% to 7,000 boe/d.
- Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA climbed to USD 8.6 million from USD 3.8 million; non-GAAP free cash flow improved to negative USD 12.9 million.
- Board authorized a USD 15 million share repurchase program, about 10% of shares at recent prices, running Aug. 11 through Dec. 31.
- Beta development added two wells, C29 and C16, with peak IP30 rates of about 525 bopd and 550 bopd; royalty relief cut burden to ~12.5%.
