- Adjusted diluted EPS rose 5.3% to USD 3.39; adjusted EBITDA increased 3.2% to USD 994 million, with net debt to adjusted EBITDA at 1.3x.
- Completed five acquisitions for USD 573 million; agreed to buy FloWorks for about USD 1.6 billion, expected to close in Q3 2026.
