- Operating loss widened 1.6% to $61.66 million as research and development spending edged up 0.9% to $50.22 million.
- General and administrative costs rose 4.6% to $11.44 million, while other income fell 62% to $2.58 million.
- Cash, cash equivalents, and short-term marketable securities totaled $537 million at June 30, funding operations to mid-2028.
- MoonLake targets a BLA submission for sonelokimab in hidradenitis suppurativa at end-Q3 2026, aiming for a U.S. launch in H2 2027.
