- Operating income dropped 19.9% to 6.15 million; gross margin widened 0.8 percentage point to 22.3%.
- Operating cash flow jumped 71.7% to 17.86 million, cutting total debt 41.2% year over year to 47.99 million.
- Backlog rose 17.4% sequentially to 246.11 million, while new orders edged up 0.2% year over year to 176.08 million.
- Reaffirmed full-year 2026 guidance for net sales of 540 million-580 million, adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) of 41 million-46 million, free cash flow (non-GAAP) of 15 million-25 million.
