- Cost of goods sold climbed to $22.7 million, rising 40.3% and reaching 86.9% of net sales.
- SG&A expenses increased to $3.1 million from $2.6 million, driven by $0.5 million in incentive compensation accruals.
- Backlog rose to $164.2 million at June 30, 2026 from $130.4 million a year earlier, with aerospace recovery cited as the main driver.
