According to Jinse Finance, water thermal reactor power plant developer KiNRG, which has a data center construction business, has filed an application with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to raise up to 17 million dollars through an IPO.
The company plans to issue 3.8 million shares at a price ranging from 4 dollars to 5 dollars per share, aiming to raise 17 million dollars. Based on the midpoint of the proposed price range, KiNRG's fully diluted market capitalization would reach 298.9 million dollars.
KiNRG is an early-stage company dedicated to planning, designing, permitting, financing, and building its patented renewable water thermal reactor projects. This project utilizes environmental heat inside a tower structure and the principles of evaporative cooling dynamics to generate a downward airflow, which drives a turbine to generate electricity. After the acquisition of TRINITY on April 1, 2026, the company also expanded into commercial construction and infrastructure services primarily targeting the data center industry.
Founded in 2010, KiNRG achieved 257 million dollars in revenue in the 12 months ending December 31, 2025. The company plans to list on NYSE American, but the stock code has not yet been determined. KiNRG submitted a confidential listing application on June 12, 2026. R.F. Lafferty & Co. is the sole underwriter for this transaction.
