- Q2 revenue fell 5.6% to EUR 322 million due to delivery delays; about EUR 55 million sales slipped, including EUR 39 million tied to Hormuz closures.
- EBITDA rose 37.8% to EUR 15.8 million; margin improved 1.5pp to 4.9%; NuWays flagged positive EBIT and EBT.
- FY26 revenue guidance trimmed to up to EUR 1.6 billion; EBIT margin outlook maintained above 6% amid higher geopolitical uncertainty.
