Oculis to buy Accure rights to Privosegtor for $3.8 million plus up to 2,050,000 shares
Reuters2026/08/10 07:02- Oculis signed an asset purchase agreement to buy Accure’s worldwide development and commercial rights to Privosegtor (ACT-01).
- Deal would terminate the existing Privosegtor license, removing related milestone payments and royalties; Oculis would retain greater economics on future sales.
- Consideration: USD 3.8 million cash upfront at first closing; up to 2,050,000 Oculis ordinary shares, including milestone-based earnout shares.
- Transaction also includes a separate, later closing for ACT-02, an early-stage preclinical neurology candidate, contingent on the Privosegtor closing.
- Privosegtor closing expected by Feb. 28, 2027; ACT-02 closing expected by March 31, 2027.
