- Sobi will get exclusive global commercialization rights upon potential accelerated approval; it can take full global development rights after positive Phase 3 results.
- Sobi will pay USD 75 million at closing; Innate can earn up to USD 40 million in near-term development milestones.
- Innate can receive up to USD 465 million tied to development, regulatory, commercial milestones; it will also earn tiered double-digit royalties on net sales.
