- A SEK 25 million subordinated loan is also set to be converted into shares at SEK 0.125 per share, pending shareholder approval.
- Rights issue terms: 1 subscription right per share, each right gives 3 new shares; non-participating holders face up to 75% dilution.
- Proceeds earmarked for a SEK 10 million cash payment to the senior lender, bridge facility repayment, remaining funding for operations into Q1 2027.
