- Investment properties revenue fell to CAD 6.03 million from CAD 7.75 million, driven by lost revenue from 2025 asset sales.
- Retained-asset net rental income rose to CAD 4.38 million from CAD 3.61 million, supported by renewals, new leases, acquisitions, cost streamlining.
- FFO increased to CAD 2.61 million from CAD 2.27 million, helped by higher rental cash flow from retained assets, rising PROREIT distributions.
- Results also reflected a CAD 6.09 million unrealized gain on investments at fair value, partly offset by a CAD 0.42 million derivative loss.
