Suntex unit JA Development signs construction management deal with Airtopia Group

- JA Development becomes Airtopia’s construction management and general contracting partner, with projects authorized through separate work orders.
- Initial development package targets Roswell, New Mexico and Bedford, Texas; Roswell expected to advance first once a work order is executed.
- Plan contemplates 8 to 14 additional Airtopia locations over 18 months, with an estimated program value of USD 60 million to USD 84 million.
- Suntex may deploy Deep South Electrical Contractors or GoldenEra Development on a project-by-project basis to support delivery.
