- Net revenue reached R$ 732.3 million, up 11.9% year-on-year; NOI totaled R$ 601.3 million, up 5.2%.
- Adjusted EBITDA came in at R$ 340.8 million, up 12% year-on-year; FFO increased 12.7% to R$ 525.4 million.
- Digital platform sessions rose 12% to 17.1 million; recognized GMV climbed 31% to R$ 1.56 billion.
- Leverage stood at 1.7x net debt/EBITDA; average cost of debt was 0.6% (CDI plus spread); occupancy rate was 96.3%.
