- IM8 (US) entered a Customer Investment Agreement with GC Customer Value Arranger on July 13; commitment runs through Aug. 11, 2028.
- Structure funds up to 70% of IM8 monthly growth spend; repayment comes from collections tied to customers acquired in each funded month.
- Return cap set at the lesser of a 30% IRR target across annual cohorts or 1.035x to 1.17x of each Investment Amount.
- IM8 Limited and Prenetics Limited provided a joint guarantee; covenants restrict additional indebtedness without arranger consent.
